Don’t forget that we’ve got a great selection of cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, spirits, coffees, teas, juices and soft drinks – and if we don’t have the exact drink you’re after, we can probably find you something similar, or custom make you something to suit your fancy.

Just relax, and enjoy.

Are Children Allowed?

Yes, we’re a family-friendly venue and children are more than welcome until 9pm.

Plus – so they don’t feel left out, some of our mocktails are even tastier than our cocktails, so rest assured everyone can join in the fun!

Can I Book A Table?

Yes, we’re very busy so although booking is not essential, it’s advised to avoid disappointment. Just get in touch with us over Facebook or use the form below and we’ll get back to you to confirm.

Is Booking Required?

No – Bookings are not essential, but it’s always advised to avoid disappointment.

A booking will reserve your table for you and your guests, however it will become available again 15 minutes after your booking should you not show-up. If you’re running late, we understand, but just let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate where possible.

To book, just send us a message over Facebook, or use the form on this site and we’ll get back to you with confirmation either way.

What's A Free-Pouring Bar?
Free pouring is equal parts improvisation and theater mixed with a dedication to a collection of skills. We wanted to bring more than a bar to Brigg.
At The Vault our bartenders are trained mixologists. Our mixologists do not use measuring tools such as ‘jiggers’. Free pouring is an art and a science which not everyone can master. It is not something you can just explain to someone in one minute. Yet, jiggering can be done by almost anyone.
Our choice to be a free pouring bar was to give our customers more than a drink, but an experience. At The Vault, flair is a huge part of the atmosphere and ambiance one in which our mixologists create.
The free pour is one that is done by the experienced bartender who can accurately pour out the ¾, 1 oz, or 1.5 oz pour by counting or eyeballing the flow.
It is mesmerising to watch a seasoned bartender work three bottles at a time, juggling between the rail and the glass. Free pouring allows this stylistic choice a certain freedom.
All mixologists are bartenders, but not all bartenders are mixologists. In our eyes, a mixologist is someone who has a passion for the art of drink making, and therefore strives to learn not just how each individual cocktail, or mocktail, is made but also why it is made in that way.
Our cocktails are prepared individually for you using fresh ingredients. They take time to make but you can guarantee they’re worth the wait!
When's Happy Hour, And What's Included?

It’s always Happy Hour at The Vault, however we run 2-4-£12 cocktail offers between Tuesday and Thursday, 17.30-19.30 on all Classic Cocktails.

Checkout what’s included on our menu on the Classic Cocktail list.

Do You Have Any Drinks Promos Or Offers On?

Yes – coupled with our 2-4-£12 on Classic Cocktails, every week we run a Gin Of The Week Offer with featured pairing and cocktails.

You’ll have to drop in to see which gin it is this week and hopefully try something new.

Is There A Dress Code?

Everyone’s welcome at The Vault, but we request that you look respectable and presentable when you’re drinking with us.

On a Friday & Saturday night from 19.00, we operate a dress code of Smart-Casual & Beyond.

In short – no effort, no entry. We’re a cocktail party venue, so we want our clientelle to be in the party mood and looking tip-top so they can feel great. This goes for the staff too.

Trainers are allowed, however tracksuits, football tops, caps and general sportswear are not.

Go on, get your glad-rags on and live a little. Life’s good.

Is It Table Service Only?

No – our bar tenders will look after you at the table, should you have one, however we offer standing room and bar service – if you can get through the dance floor.

Do You Do Real Ale?

Not at this time, unfortunately not. We’re not ruling it out for the future, but our focus is on cocktails, plus our cellar is not geared up for real ale.

We do offer a range of keg draught beers, lagers and ciders, or which one is a craft hazy session IPA (currently Jute by Salt Beer Factory) which pours opaque and is a tasty drop indeed.

If you’re into real ale, pop to one of our neighbours who are smashing out the real ale down at the Yarborough Hunt, or The Black Bull and come back to us for a nightcap.
